The Kalpak Computerized Servo Hydraulic Universal testing Machine offers ideal solution for dynamic testing of materials and components over a range upto 50 Hz
The system is free standing type hence does not require a special foundation. The system consists of a sturdy load frame, with integrally mounted actuator and servo valves, a hydraulic power unit. Test control subsystem Controller, PC and Kalpak windows based software UTM-TEST-SH for Machine control and data acquisition and analysis.
Customization:
User can customize the System as per their performance requirements by choosing from a variety of options for load frame, force capacity, Servo valve flow ratings, and pump capacity.

Servo Pneumatic Actuator :
The Servo Pneumatic Actuator shall be 1 KN capacity max. with anti rotational fixture and displacement sensor for displacement measurement of actuator during testing.
Pneumatic Power Pack:
The system shall be operated @ max. 6 Bar . All the necessary pre filter and lubricators shall be pre-plumbed.
Displacement Sensor:

Kalpak UTM-TEST-CP Windows based Machine control, Data Acquisition and analysis software suitable for Tensile, Bending and Compression tests for fatigue and static loading as per international standards. The software shall be able to conduct test in either programmable Load or programmable length mode. It will continue test till preset counts are reached or till preset limit condition counts are reached.
