Pull Off Testing Machine



Pull Off Tester is very useful for Testing of Pull Out Force required to disassemble the component & calculate the Maximum Pull Out Force required.

This Pull Off Tester is consists of Electronic Controller, Upper Platen, Load cell and Loading Screw Jack with Mechanical Drive

Applications :

  • Electronic Controller : Electronic Controller is used to support the Upper Platen & Loading Screw Jack. It consist of Load Indicator to indicate current during testing as well as hold Maximum Load, Load/Unload Switches and potentiometer for speed setting. While the Load is Overloaded then Pull Off Tester displays Overload Signal & Buzzer gets ON.
  • Upper Platen : Upper Platen is mounted on two Guide Rods. The Height of the Platen is Adjustable. Load Cell is fixed on the Platen.
  • Load Cell : Load cell with Maximum capacity up to 5 Tons measures the applied Load.
  • Loading Screw Jack : Loading Screw Jack is used to Load as well as to unload the Sample. It can be moved in Upward & Downward Direction.
